With all the ads, it can be a bit hard to see some of the navigation buttons -- for me, anyway....
There are links at the top of every page, for FAQ's, search, memberlist, usergroups, your profile, private messages, and logging in/out.
On any page, you can click the blue text directly above the title bar, on the left side of the page, ( allenbirthingcentermoms.myfreeforum.org Forum Index) to get back to the forum home page.
On the home page, also directly above the title bar, on the right side of the page, there are links for viewing all unread and unanswered posts, or all of your own posts.
At the bottom of every page is a link called "Gallery" -- the Gallery page is kind of a summary of what's been happening in our forum; you can find recent posts and popular threads, or jump between categories easily.
