In my experience:

-Baby and Beyond (Allen, Greenville @ Main) has the best prices and gives the most for things you bring in, but the quality is hit-or-miss

-Once Upon a Child (Plano, Independence @ Legacy) has the best selection around, but you'll have to dig through some so-so stuff to find the gems

-Kid to Kid (Allen, McDermott @ Alma/ Plano, Midway @ Parker, and other locations) has the best combination of quality and value.

There are a few other shops in West Plano that I've stopped in once or twice, but I don't know them by name, and I don't know them well enough to comment; if that changes, I'll update my post!
